Proof of purchase in the form of the original receipt must be shown to validate the return policy terms and conditions.

 

If You Are Unhappy With Your Rug Purchase

If you are unhappy with your rug purchase, we will happily exchange the rug provided that the rug is returned to us undamaged and in its original condition, within 48 hours of you receiving the rug.

 

If your rug has a major failure or is of unacceptable quality

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.  You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.  You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If your rug has a major failure or is found to be not of acceptable quality then  you are entitled to a refund or a replacement rug (as the case may be) provided that the faulty or damaged rug is returned to us within 30 days of you receiving the rug.

 

How to arrange for a refund or exchange

To arrange for an exchange or a refund (as the case may be), just bring the rug back to your nearest Carpet Court Store and they will assist you with a refund or to exchange the rug for another rug style or colour to the same value as your purchase.

Any costs or expenses incurred in claiming a refund or exchange under this policy shall be borne by the customer.
