If you’re not happy with your Carpet Court purchase, we’re not happy. Our return policy entitles you to a refund or exchange should you request it. Please check the policy below for conditions.
If your goods have a major failure or are of unacceptable quality
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If we offer you a free repair for a minor problem, you must accept it.
If your goods have a major failure or are found to be not of acceptable quality then you are entitled to a refund or a replacement (as the case may be) provided that the faulty or damaged goods are returned to us within 30 days of you receiving the goods.
How to arrange for a refund or replacement
To arrange for a refund or a replacement (as the case may be), just bring the goods back to your nearest Carpet Court store and they will assist you with a refund or replacement to the same value as your purchase.
Any costs or expenses incurred in claiming a refund or replacement under this policy shall be borne by you.
5 days hassle free return
If you have changed your mind or are not happy with your online rug purchase, you can return the product to your nearest Carpet Court store within 5 days of pick-up/collection and as long as it is still in new condition and in the original packaging, and you can provide proof of purchase to the Carpet Court store. Proof of purchase
Your original payment receipt is your best proof of purchase of goods. You will need to provide us with your payment receipt or other adequate proof of purchase when you make a claim under this policy.
