Warranty
Your Godfrey Hirst Wool Carpet Guarantees only apply in Australia and to the original purchaser of the carpet. The carpet must have been professionally installed over underlay and all guarantees immediately cease to apply if the home ceases to be an owner occupied, single family residence; for example, if the home is tenanted or used by more than one family.

Care
Carpet is not 100% stain proof, but the natural resistance of wool fibres provides you with time to act as liquid spills stay on top of the pile longer, rather than seep into the base of the pile and backing. Depending on usage, carpet should be professionally steam cleaned every 12-18 months to revitalise your carpet and remove any oily, sticky or well-settled soils that cause gradual significant dulling of colours.
