Warranty Information

The warranty and maintenance guide covers carpets made by Cavalier Bremworth. We source only the highest quality materials to ensure your carpet stands up to modern family life. As with all types of flooring, our carpets require regular care to stay looking their best, so please take the time to read the recommended care and cleaning procedures. It’s also important that you read the Warranty Terms and Conditions as well as the General Terms and Conditions which relate to these warranty packages.

These can be found to download here.

Care Instructions

Correct and regular maintenance will increase the life span of a carpet and also help maintain its good appearance. Cleaning should be proportional to the amount of soiling to which the carpet is subjected: the more dirt is deposited on the carpet, the more intensive is the maintenance programme required. For more detailed information on how to care for your carpet, please download the brochure here.

What are the benefits of a wool carpet?

The winning combination of practicality and style can be found in the 100% wool carpets in the Gaia Wool Coastal Hues collection. Thanks to the cut twist pile, this carpet copes exceptionally well with the rigours of everyday living, while creating a textured base that brings warmth to any space.

As wool is both a natural and renewable fibre. It is also ultra-hygienic, so works well in spaces like playrooms and children’s bedrooms.

Which other areas is this carpet best suited to?

Ideal for areas with high foot traffic, the hardwearing and durable design of Gaia Wool Coastal Hues carpets means there will be no tracking or footprint marks left in the pile, making the range a suitable option for living rooms, bedrooms and staircases. Similarly, the carpet’s in-built crush resilience ensures it maintains a quality look for years to come.

Along with its exceptional durability, the Gaia Wool Coastal Hues range is also highly luxurious underfoot and an effective way of bringing extra comfort to your living space.

What colours are available in the range?

Channelling the colours of the seaside, Gaia Wool Coastal Hues carpets offer a range of colours, from neutral sands to oceanic greys.

Paler hues like Bondi, a light mink, help to create the perfect natural canvas to complement any colour scheme. Cool-toned greys like Jervis create a beachy feel, without going overboard with seaside colour palettes.

How can the carpet be maintained?

Wool is a natural fibre that is not only strong, but also less likely to crush from wear. The resilience of the woollen carpet means that it shows less tracking or shading. As well as this, cut pile twist design is a shorter cut, meaning it is easier to care for and clean. Suitable for family-living, ensure you treat your Gaia Coastal Hues carpet to a regular vacuum and the occasional deep clean to lift any dirt or stains that may have built up over time.
