What do I need to know about Elements hybrid tiles?
Elements is the name of Carpet Court’s fabulous new range of hybrid flooring.
Elements hybrid tiles are an innovative product that differs from any hybrid flooring on the market. If you’re not familiar with hybrid flooring, it is the latest flooring innovation that combines the best attributes of laminate and vinyl. It is made of multiple layers of materials pressed together for a durable and hard-wearing floor. Normally hybrid flooring features natural timber and wood finishes. Elements closely resemble the hybrid planks, but the surface finish mimics a tile rather than timber.
Elements hybrid tiles are a cost effective and more forgiving alternative to your usual cold, hard floor tiles and are easily laid as a simple DIY project.
How to lay Elements hybrid tiles?
Not only do Elements hybrid tiles offer a quieter, softer environment in the home to traditional tiles, but they are manufactured with an attached underlay for quick and easy installation throughout the home. They, like all hybrid flooring, can be laid in most areas throughout the home.
Elements is a great option for DIYers due to the easy installation method of a click and lock together system. Hybrid tiles are much quicker and easier to lay than traditional porcelain or ceramic tiles due to their construction, weight, ease of cutting and the need for less sub-floor preparation and far more affordable should you choose to have them installed by a skilled tradesperson. This makes them a cost-effective alternative to ceramic or porcelain tiles.
The expert team of layers at your local Carpet Court store will happily lay your new Elements hybrid flooring for you, or if you are confident with your DIY skills then the staff will be able to answer any queries you may have before you start your project.
How much are Elements hybrid tiles?

Are Elements hybrid tiles water resistant?
Hybrid tiles are a flooring option which combines laminate and vinyl flooring, resulting in a highly water-resistant product. This means you can lay Elements hybrid tiles throughout most areas of the home, but particularly in zones where other floating floors aren’t recommended, such as laundries.
They are also great in rooms like kitchens, where you spend a lot of time on your feet. Hybrid tiles are warmer and more forgiving underfoot than traditional floor tiles, making them an ideal choice for kitchens.
