You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. This warranty applies to new Godfrey Hirst hybrid floors purchased in Australia after 1 September 2020 and professionally installed in accordance with the relevant Godfrey Hirst Hybrid Floors Installation Instructions.
The floors must also be installed in accordance with the Godfrey Hirst installation for full information about the warranty you can click to download a copy here.
