Warranty Information
Warranty
The product must be inspected prior to installation for visible defects or variations (colour, quality) to that ordered. Once installed, the warranty will apply only to defective products. Any product variations will be deemed to have been accepted if installed. A 10% colour variation from sample to supplied product is considered acceptable.

Care
Following installation, remove any loose dirt or grit by sweeping or vacuuming. Wash the floor with cool to lukewarm water using a suitable cleaner in accordance with instructions.
Always protect floors when moving heavy objects to prevent permanent scratches and tears. Use appropriate wide floor protectors under tables, chairs, and any other heavy home furnishing to avoid permanent damage.
