To determine which warranties in the Warranty Table apply to the carpet you have purchased, please refer to the first page of this warranty brochure, which details the type of carpet you have purchased. Only the warranties set out in the column headed by the type of carpet you have purchased apply to your carpet. For example, if the carpet you have purchased is a wool or wool blend carpet, then only the warranties set out in the column headed ‘Wool’ or ‘Wool Blend’ in the Warranty Table apply to your carpet.

To keep your carpet looking and feeling its best there are three important things you must do: 1) Vacuum at least once a week, or more in heavy traffic areas, to remove dirt particles before they become embedded in the carpet pile; 2) Treat spills straight away; 3) A professional ‘deep’ or restorative cleaning treatment once every 12-18 months will do wonders to protect your carpet pile and enhance its beauty. More detailed information on caring for your carpet can be found and downloaded here.
What are the benefits of a nylon vs. a wool carpet?
Nylon fibres are outstandingly resilient, making nylon carpets, like those from the Premier Soft collection, ideal for installation in areas with high foot traffic. The strength of the fibres, plus Premier Soft’s cut twist pile, make the carpet resistant to pile crushing, which helps the carpet to retain its shape for longer. It also means the fibres are less likely to shed with wear, keeping vacuuming to a minimum.
The fibres in the Premier Soft carpet collection have also been solution dyed during the production process, which locks colour in for a rich, vibrant finish that is less susceptible to fading. This process also makes nylon an extremely stain-resistant material.
What styling benefits does this carpet offer?
A palette of earthy tones, Premier Soft carpets emulate the feeling of the great outdoors, bringing a sense of tranquillity into the active modern home.
The quartz-inspired hues within Sugar Cookie and Northern Breeze are ideal teamed with light, bleached timber, pale walls and accents of dark grey. Or if you’re looking for a palette more adept at concealing the marks often found in busy family spaces, the olive green undertones in Cadet Grey or the stormy grey Impact are both good base options. Try them alongside walls in a slightly lighter shade for a cohesive and kid-friendly interior.
How do I care for this carpet?
Daily carpet maintenance doesn’t have to be too time-consuming, but little and often can really help to keep your Premier Soft carpet looking in great condition for longer.
Just giving it a once over with the vacuum will help to prevent dry debris from building up and damaging the fibres over time. And to reach the places even a vacuum cleaner can’t, we recommend treating your Premier Soft carpet to a deep steam clean once every 12 to 18 months.
While Premier Soft carpets are exceptionally stain-resistant, in the instance a spillage or similar occurs, make sure you treat it as soon as possible. Measures such as dry blotting the stain and then using a warm, damp cloth with suitable cleaning product will help to minimise the damage. Work from the inside of the stain outwards to prevent it from spreading and avoid rubbing the carpet as this can cause it to wear down, leaving an unsightly patch.
It’s always a good idea to look after your carpet to ensure that it stays looking as good as it can for as long as possible. For maintenance tips, please consult our online cleaning & care guide.
