Eligible products and services are retail flooring products (excluding tiles and window furnishings) including rugs purchased online and from Carpet Court retail stores. You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member to earn Qantas Points Membership and Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer Terms and Conditions, available at A member must provide their Qantas Frequent Flyer membership details at the time of purchase to earn points. If you are unable to provide your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number at the time of transaction, you will not earn Qantas Points. Points will be earned on the total value of the invoice for eligible products and services (inclusive of GST). This includes online purchases and in store products including installation. It does not include any payments made to third parties outside the invoiced amount. The name on the invoice needs to correspond to the registered Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number. Points will be allocated within 60 days of the product delivery date or completed installation. Points will not be allocated unless payment is received in full for the invoiced amount.
