Mark and Sharyn maintain a hands-on role in running the business while the day-to-day management of the store is done by Peter, who looks after the showroom sales, commercial sales and the installers. The specialised work of attending to sales appointments and managing the commercial aspects of insurance and real estate jobs is managed by Glenn while Lisa also helps in the showroom and is responsible for the accounts.
