Qantas Frequent Flyer Terms and Conditions


 

#Earn Double Qantas Points (2 points instead of the standard 1 point per $1 spent) on eligible products from Carpet Court retail stores or online between 8th March and 7th April 2024. You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member to earn Qantas Points. Membership and Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer Terms and Conditions, available at www.qantas.com/terms. A member must provide their Qantas Frequent Flyer membership details at the time of purchase to earn points. If you are unable to provide your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number at the time of transaction, you will not earn Qantas Points. Points will be earned on the total value of the invoice for eligible products and services (inclusive of GST). This includes online purchases and in store products including installation. It does not include any payments made to third parties outside the invoiced amount. The name on the invoice needs to correspond to the registered Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number. Points will be allocated within 60 days of the product delivery date or completed installation. Points will not be allocated unless payment is received in full for the invoiced amount.

Eligible products are retail flooring products, floor tiles, window furnishing items and services.

When do I have to provide my Qantas Frequent Flyer membership details?

You will need to provide your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership details in store at time of payment, or online at checkout. If you are unable to provide your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number at the time of transaction, you will not earn Qantas Points.

What happens if I forget to provide my Qantas Frequent Flyer details at time of purchase? Can I retrospectively provide the details and still earn Qantas Points?

Unfortunately, you can only earn Qantas Points if you provide your details at time of purchase. Qantas Points will not be earned for Qantas Frequent Flyer membership details that are provided retrospectively.

What happens if I have forgotten my Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number?

Members can find their Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number in the top panel of a Qantas Frequent Flyer email. Alternatively, members can check their Qantas app for their account details and points balance.

Unfortunately, if you cannot provide your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership details at the time of purchase you will not earn Qantas Points.

What if I am not a Qantas Frequent Flyer member but wish to join and earn Qantas Points on my Carpet Court purchase?

Carpet Court customers can save the $99.95 Qantas Frequent Flyer joining fee by joining here. Once you complete the form you will receive your Qantas Frequent Flyer number via email. You can use this immediately when finalising your purchase at any of our Carpet Court retail stores.

Can I split my points between more than one Qantas Frequent Flyer account?

No, Qantas Points can only be credited to one account. This account will be the one provided at the time of transaction.

What if I have a question about my Qantas Points? What if I think I have not received my Qantas Points?

You will need to provide the following information for your query to be followed up by Carpet Court and Qantas Frequent Flyer.

  • Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number
  • Your full name
  • Carpet Court store where purchase was made
  • Date of purchase
  • $ amount of purchase
  • Copy of your invoice

Can I change my mind about earning Qantas Points once my purchase is already settled?

No you cannot.

If I pay my invoice on credit card, will I earn Qantas Points on the surcharge?

No, you will only earn Qantas Points on the invoice amount which is calculated before any payment method is determined.

How long will it take for the Qantas Points to be credited to my Qantas Frequent Flyer account?

Your points will be allocated and visible in your Qantas Frequent Flyer account within 60 days of product delivery date or completed installation. Points will only be allocated if payment of the invoiced amount has been received in full.
