Step 1: Pick your rug style. Start by selecting one of the four wool styles in our custom rug collection. Each offers a different texture and finish to suit your room — from smooth and soft to bold and structured.

Step 2: Set your custom size. Use the slider to adjust the rug dimensions so it fits your space exactly. Whether you’re designing a small piece for beside the bed or a larger rug to zone an open-plan room, you can enter the exact custom size you need.

Step 3: Pick the shape, colour and edge finish. Next, select the shape that works best with your layout — round, square or rectangular. Pick a colour that complements your flooring, furniture or favourite motif, then pick a fabric edge for a defined border or a concealed edge for a seamless look.

Step 4: Finalise your custom design. Once you're happy with the details, review your selections and head to checkout. Every rug order includes a free anti-slip mat to help keep your rug in place and protect the surface underneath.

If you’d like to see how a rug looks and feels before ordering, you can request up to three free swatches. They’re great for checking colour, texture, and how the rug will sit alongside other finishes in the room.

Because each rug is made to order, the lead time is approximately 8 to 12 weeks. Please note that custom rugs are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, so make sure all measurements and selections are correct before placing your order.
