Quest Carpets come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
To keep your carpet looking & feeling its best there are 3 important things you must do. Thorough vacuuming at least once a week, or more in heavy traffic areas, helps to remove dirt particles before they become embedded in the carpet pile. Spills must be treated straight away by following our Spot Removal and Treatment Guide. Lastly, a professional ‘deep’ or restorative cleaning treatment once every 18-24 months will do wonders to protect your carpet pile and enhance its beauty.
