Delivery Exceptions

Unfortunately we're not able to deliver to all suburbs within Australia. Please be sure to check the link below to view the postcodes that are excluded from the delivery zone.

Undeliverable Items

If, for any reason, our shipping partner is not able to successfully deliver your order they should leave a card with further delivery instructions. If the subsequent delivery attempt is not arranged by you within a reasonable time frame and/or your delivery is not received on the second attempt, Carpet Court reserves the right to charge you for any additional costs incurred (e.g. shipping and storage) or to cancel the sale contract, in which case, we will fully refund you the amount you paid minus shipping or storage costs.

Dispatch Timeframes

Orders received by us before 11:59 pm AEDT each business day will be dispatched within 3-7 business days.

Orders received by us on Friday or weekend days will be dispatched within 3-7 business days following the preceding weekend.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been processed, please allow 3-7 business days to receive an email with your courier details and consignment number, including instructions on how to track your order.

Please note deliveries are usually made during business hours Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm however, drivers may working into into the early evenings, especially in busy periods. If you are not able to be home to receive your order, contact the courier company during business hours to make alternative arrangements.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a pickup time however, the courier company may be able to give a pickup window of when the driver will be in your area on the day. Please contact the courier company directly during business hours for further information about your delivery.

Please note Carpet Court is not held responsible for stolen deliveries of rugs once they have been delivered to your property.

Custom Size Rug Dispatch Timeframes

Orders received by us before 11:59PM AEDT each business day will be processed on the following business day and dispatched within 8-12 weeks. Orders received by us on Fridays, weekends or Public Holidays will be processed on the following Monday.

Custom Size Rug Delivery Timeframes

All our rug deliveries rely on the courier services available to us in Australia. Rugs are large, heavy and considered orders with special handling requirements. Delivery timeframes are extended for orders with special handling requirements as they require manual loading and processing.

For custom-size rugs, please allow 3-5 days to receive an email with your order confirmation.

Orders received by us before 11:59PM AEDT each business day will be processed on the following business day and dispatched within 3-5 days. Orders received by us on Fridays, weekends or Public Holidays will be processed on the following Monday.

Custom Size Rug Samples Delivery Timeframes

All our Custom Size Rug Samples are sent via Australia Post and standard domestic delivery timeframes within Australia apply. Australia Post will endeavour to deliver an order within 3-10 business days from order dispatch. No delivery tracking is available on sample orders. If your order is not received within 2 weeks, please contact customer support.
