Frequent vacuuming removes soil particles from the surface before they work their way below the pile surface. It is recommended to vacuum at least once a week and more for a heavy traffic area. What are the benefits of berber wool?
Berber carpets, like those within the Country Texture collection, are synonymous with durability.
Their thicker yarns and looped pile make them resistant to pile crushing and, therefore, ideally suited to the areas that experience heavy foot traffic, such as entranceways, stairways and living spaces.
The fibres’ natural arrangement helps to keep stains on the surface of the pile making them easier to clean should an accident occur.
What do I need to consider from a style perspective when choosing a carpet?
You should always design your space from the ground up, so choosing the colour of your carpet forms the foundations for the rest of the room.

How do I care for this carpet?
Investing in quality underlay is an integral part of carpet care. It helps to preserve the pile for longer and makes sure comfort isn’t compromised over time, so speak to your local Carpet Court team about the best option for your space prior to installation of your Country Texture carpet.
Once your carpet is laid, regular vacuuming will help to ensure dry debris doesn’t become trapped in the pile, which can cause damage to the fibres over time. For a full refresh, we recommend treating your Country Texture carpet to a deep steam clean once every 12 to 18 months.
In the instance a spillage occurs or a more stubborn stain appears, make sure you address it as soon as possible for damage control. Use warm water, an appropriate wool cleaning product and a soft cloth to gently blot the stain, working from the inside out. This technique helps to prevent the stain from spreading and the carpet from wearing down.
