Warranty

This product is covered for a very competitive warranty period. To enjoy the peace of mind that this warranty affords, this product must be installed to the specifications detailed in the warranty document.

To ensure the optimum performance of your floor and full coverage of our warranty, please adhere to all instructions relating to the subfloor, installation environment and method, and ongoing care and maintenance. Any faults that occur as a result of incorrect installation, inappropriate environment or lack of appropriate care and maintenance procedures, will not be covered by the warranty.

Care

It is essential to install good quality mats inside and outside external doors to trap grit and remove moisture from shoes. Consider rugs in high-traffic areas or those areas frequented by animals. 

Avoid indentation from stilettos or spiked heels and dragging furniture and other heavy objects across the floor. Do not use polishes on the floor, as these materials will prevent the floor from being over-coated in the future.
