Please note that whilst Carpet Court endeavours to represent colours as accurately as possible, there may be some slight variation in colours across different screens. We recommend that you visit your local Carpet Court store to view the actual product samples. All products advertised on this website may not be available in all stores, please check with your local store for more information.

All blog and/or inspirational articles and supporting imagery are the author's interpretation of the style or topic discussed. Images on this website are for visual representation only and may not provide an exact representation of a particular product or look.

These Terms of Use constitute an agreement made by and between Carpet Court Australia Limited, ("Carpet Court") and you ("you," "your" or "user").  This agreement contains the terms and conditions that govern your use of this website.

By accessing, visiting, browsing, using or attempting to interact with any part of this website, or other Carpet Court services, websites or any of Carpet Court's licensees services or software (collectively "services"), you agree that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by this agreement. Prices, payment and GST

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Prices, offers and product availability may vary between this website and your local store.

All prices are subject to change effective immediately upon posting to our website or any other form of notification.

Any advertised savings are calculated against recommended retail prices and may vary in your local store.

Although Carpet Court works closely with suppliers to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on the website are accurate, errors including processing errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors to advertised prices published on our website or cancel any resulting orders.

All advertised prices for carpet and hard flooring are calculated using RRP for product cost only and based on preset room sizes. This price does not include underlay, accessories, packing, freight or installation costs and is intended to be a guide only. Pricing in regional areas may vary due to freight costs. For an accurate quote that includes an accurate onsite measure and assessment, please contact your local store.

All payments for online rug purchases through the website are processed in Australian dollars. Payment for rugs via the website is accepted by various methods, including by credit card (Visa and MasterCard), Paypal and Afterpay. Payment options vary in-store. Please contact your nearest store to confirm in-store payment options.
